We know you are excited to receive your football gear, and we want to make it easy to follow your order every step of the way.

How Tracking Works

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, where available. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery with the carrier.

When Will I Get My Tracking Number?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, your dispatch confirmation and tracking details will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

I Haven't Received Tracking Information

If it has been more than a few business days and you have not received your dispatch email, please:

• Check your spam or junk folder.
• Confirm that the email address on your order is correct.
• Allow time for processing during busy periods.

If you still cannot find your tracking information, please contact us through our contact page with your order number and we will help you straight away.

My Tracking Hasn't Updated

Sometimes tracking information can take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch. If your tracking has not moved for several days, please reach out and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard UK delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Please remember that total delivery time is the sum of processing time and shipping time, and that delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
